Aaron Martin is known for his intelligence, technical knowledge, precision, and exceptional ability to work with a diverse range of consultants.

Aaron joined Altieri in 2007. He brings exceptional design and organizational expertise to some of Altieri’s most complex and high-profile projects including multi-phase, large-scale campus developments such as The National WWII Museum in New Orleans. Since 2011, he has led the firm’s work at the American Museum of Natural History and currently serves as Principal in Charge for the new Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Aaron is Design Principal for MIT Metropolitan Warehouse, a transformative project requiring innovative MEPF systems design. His strong leadership and team management skills are critical to advancing these intricate programs.


Aaron has a proven ability to unify diverse stakeholders around shared goals, fostering collaboration that drives thoughtful, creative solutions. He also remains at the forefront of mechanical systems and industry advancements, from emerging HVAC technologies to evolving energy standards, ensuring that Altieri consistently delivers informed, forward-thinking, and environmentally responsible design.
