David Annnunziato combines multidisciplinary MEPF expertise with strong project leadership to deliver thoughtfully integrated building systems designs.

David joined Altieri in 2019 with prior experience in all trades, working on commercial office building and high-end residential projects, and collaborating with both architects and owners. At Altieri, David has established himself as an effective project manager, leading projects including Wildflower Studios, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, Wall House at The Clark Art Institute, and The Thorne Center. He is well versed in both the integration of new systems within existing buildings and the design of building systems for new construction. A strong communicator and coordinator, David is particularly skilled at spaceproofing MEPF systems and working closely with architects to develop solutions that maintain design intent while meeting technical requirements. He is also Captain of Altieri’s Design Standards Team, helping to advance consistency and quality across the firm’s design practices.
