We are pleased to announce the promotions of Kate Eldridge, PE, LEED AP BD+C and William Lewis, PE to Associate. Both have distinguished themselves as exceptionally strong engineers, combining technical expertise with the ability to successfully lead complex projects involving broad, multidisciplinary teams. Their leadership extends beyond project delivery, as they have become trusted mentors within the firm and respected representatives of Altieri to our clients and industry partners.
This promotion means everything. I’ve worked so hard the last few years to get here and to pass my PE, so this feels like a massive accomplishment. I was given the trust and freedom to grow into this role at Altieri, and I know that’s not something every workplace provides. I have also been given the support to not only develop my managerial style, but to reflect on ways to improve so that I could get to this point.

Altieri has supported my growth through design feedback, answering constant questions, and allowing me to be in a position to teach others what I have learned about the profession. Teaching is the best way to solidify knowledge. Being promoted is an honor because it means that Altieri supports my professional career.
