At the close of 2025, Altieri proudly celebrated the retirement of two long-time engineers whose contributions helped shape our firm’s legacy.
Sheri Lussier, a valued member of our Fire Protection team, brought exceptional expertise and generosity of knowledge to every project she supported. Her guidance elevated the quality, rigor, and professionalism of our fire protection designs, leaving a lasting impact on both our team and our work.
Gary Scofield joined Altieri in 1978 and spent decades designing plumbing systems for projects of every scale, from some of the firm’s largest endeavors (The Getty Center) to its most intricate assignments. His thoughtful approach, detailed drawings, and comprehensive specifications consistently delivered solutions that met and exceeded client needs.
Sheri and Gary will be greatly missed, but we are grateful for their dedication and we wish them continued health, happiness, and fulfillment in this well-deserved chapter of retirement.
